[OSM-talk] highway=mini_roundabout

Personally I would probably continue to use highway=mini_roundabout as I
can't see me needing to use the highway key on the node for anything else
and I'm used to tagging that way. The junction key was suggested for
junctions which comprise more than one node, however I see no reason why it
could not be used for junctions comprising of a single node, such as a mini
roundabout either.
