[OSM-talk] VMap0

I've got this shapefile in as a grey line on the vmap0 data -- not sure
if this is something people see as being useful or not? I have no idea
of the accuracy -- it certainly 'feels' off, but I'm not sure of the
cause.

Feedback welcome, geographic or cartographic.
