Hello everyone,

OK this probably is the real absolute final last Qt3 version of osmeditor2.

Features since the Friday release:

- Applied sent patches for gcc4, Gentoo and Fedora.
- All keys and values preserved; one significant problem with previous 
versions was that keys and values which osmeditor2 didn't recognised were 
wiped... a problem if you were editing an existing segment or way.
- optional indication of the type of segments not in ways has been restored.

There is also a bug in Landsat tile grabbing which a couple of people have 
reported. However (unless there are strong objections) I will fix that for 
the first Qt4 release as I would really like to get going on the conversion 
now.

BTW do any Linux users foresee a problem in me moving to Qt4? I believe most 
current distros have a package for it now.
