Lars, yes, to be precise: Once tracklogs have been uploaded to the server it
is not possible to tell which points come from which log file.
Whether this is for privacy reasons, or some other reason, is speculation.

The only documented API call for trackpoints is
http://www.openstreetmap.org/api/0.3/trackpoints?bbox=blon,bllat,trlon,trlat&page=0which
gets all trackpoints within a bounding box and returns just the lat
and lon for each trackpoint. No other identifying information.
