[OSM-talk] Open Source Geo Conference -- Submission Deadline Tomorrow

FOSS4G is taking place in September in Switzerland. It's the latest in a series of joint conferences among the big open source geo projects -- which has grown to encompass open source mapping and open geo data most widely. I attended and presented last year in Minneapolis and it was a very useful and inspirational event.

There are several tracks which are square on appropriate for OpenStreetMap -- like, um, "Free Open Geospatial Data" :)

I think it would be very interesting to get a variety of talks on specific issues, implementations, efforts within OpenStreetMap. Steve has been tirelessly evangelising the basic OpenStreetMap concept around the world. This great venue could be great for exploring things in great detail.

So great! I encourage everyone interested to submit. Tomorrow is the deadline.
