[OSM-talk] free-map.org.uk site reorganisation

For those of you interested in use of OSM data for countryside maps, I have 
reorganised the Freemap (free-map.org.uk) site to emphasise the most current, 
OSM and slippy map-based version. The old, pre-OSM version has now been 
archived though is still available for historical interest.

There is now also a link on free-map.org.uk to the development version, using 
OpenLayers, at nick.dev.openstreetmap.org/openlayers/.
