[OSM-talk] Slow uploads

Yeah,
It's slow for me too. Timeouts are less frequent but the upload does stall
for a minute or so on occasions too. I mentioned this to SteveC just after
the db changes as feedback to the improvement on download speed, I think he
could see a reason for it but I guess we need to raise it higher up the
issues list as to me the position appears to be steadily worsening. No
problems on the download tho :-)
