But only sliproads that join motorways have motorway restrictions; those that
join dual-carriageway A-roads do not.

I'm happy to use motorway_link for A roads if that is the general consensus, but
it does seem a bit strange to me.

OK, thanks. That isn't listed on the Map_Features or Labels pages of the wiki,
so I didn't know about it. What would you use, "access=private"?
