Good point but that probably never will be necessary.

I just want to say; Wikipedia is dealing with this already and it's
working over there. I don't see any reason not to copy their way of
operating. That means:

1. Anonymity per IP
2. Login account
3. full disclosure of history

Is there something wrong with this proven model? It's Keeping it
simple and works.
