Perhaps this is why it should be good manners to upload the tracklogs.
Correcting a road or adding something isn't entirely easy if there are no
trackpoints available. Perhaps it should be explicitly mentioned somewhere
that a road without public GPS data is not worth that much.
Any road that is backed by GPS data should be safe from legal claims, IMO.
