NO!!!
OSMs plan is to mail to you and ask what happened or why you did that. That's
one of the reasons you have an e-mail address as contact for the OSM stuff.
Then you'll tell them, that you didn't do it in person. So the OSM staff can
investigate together with you, when these things happened, probably finding
that your password must have been compromised. Then you'll have to change
your password and an OSM admin can rollback all the malicious stuff together
with you.
