[OSM-talk] sysadmin requests, dev accounts

Continuing in my mad quest to keep OSM all to myself, due to my hatred
of you all...

I've just handed off the rest of the bits (I think) that are left to
nick hill who has kindly agreed, at least for a trial period, to be
sysadmin. nick burch might also help hack some bits.

If you wanted a dev account, wanted to help upgrade/fix mediawiki please
mail nick hill if you havn't heard from me (sorry, I have a ton of
unreplied-to mail ATM).

Oh and the treasurer at openstreetmap and secretary emails should now be
working (nick hill: see /etc/alias on lists.osm) and the
paypal/donate/google ads should be transferred soon.
