I just had some minutes. So I added an null Stub to the source. So if anyone 
wants to have a look at this filter: Go ahead. the loops and everything 
should be in place.

=item B<--filter_duplicate_tracepoints>

This Filter checks for points near an already existing Trackline. 
If so it is removed

Currently it's only a stub, so anyone can sit down and programm the compare 
routine.
