I never required anybody to work 24/7 on OSM.  I just want Steve 
to stop spending 24 hours a day blocking others from working on 
OSM.

The wiki is the best part of the system.  Anybody can work on it 
at any time, and it just keeps going. The GPX upload is not as 
good.  I'm uploading file after file, but then I cannot edit the 
maps because only Steve can restart the import process.  It's 
Sunday and I have time to work on OSM, but Steve is blocking me 
from working.  Now that time has been lost.

Steve is an artist and needs a manager to help him keep time and 
priorities, and to delegate the tasks that can be delegated. 
OpenStreetMap will always be his creation, but we need to 
transform it into a teamwork.

Here's a reminder of the current top priorities:
1. Planet.osm dump for June.
2. Restart the GPX import process.  It's been 24 hours now.
