[OSM-talk] Mapchester - continuation of work

Just a heads up to let you know that a chap called Jeff Flanagan is working
on further progressing the Manchester map for Futuresonic. He is new to OSM
and has a short timeframe to get the output they need for their summer
events so please help out in any way you can with any queries or questions
for assistance he posts to the list.

They (Futursonic) have purchased a Garmin GPSMap 60 CSx to gather additional
data in the centre of Manchester so it will be interesting to hear from them
how well it works in the areas that the older Garmin units had problem with
during the Mapchester weekend.
