The latest version of the script itself is stored at:
http://wiki.openstreetmap.org/index.php/PDF_atlas_source_code
I don't have SVN access at the moment, so I'm using the wiki as a kind of
primitive source-control.
As Erik has mentioned, there's a ZIP file to let you download all the
configuration files in one go - details on the main wiki page at:
http://wiki.openstreetmap.org/index.php/PDF_atlas

p.s. if you get the very latest version of the script (the one which allows
you to specify a bounding box for the region you're interested in), be sure
that your config file has an "Area: (lat),(long),(width)" line in it
otherwise it'll divide by zero when trying to decide what to put on the
contents page!
See the example at:
http://wiki.openstreetmap.org/index.php/PDF_atlas/config.txt
