There's no repository of log files, but most of the wardrivers I know,
keep their logs for statistical purposes etc. The closest thing to a
repository is www.wigle.net, where logs are uploaded, network data
extracted and stored in a DB for plotting on the web based map, as well
as in offline clients. But that is only the network data, not the track
data.
I'm a moderator over at the Netstumbler forums (www.netstumbler.org),
and will be posting about OSM and Wardriving being a nobrainer match.
Afterall, they drive up and down roads, and uses gps's to log
coordinates allready.
Just need somebody to write a Netstumber2gpx converter, just like
Christopher wrote a kismet2gpx converter on my request.
gpsbabel can only read Netstumbler text summary exports, which doesn't
contain the track data, only one gps coordinate for each detected
networks. The Netstumbler binary file contains trackdata, and is
described here : http://www.stumbler.net/ns1files.html.
With those 2 converters, 95 % of all wardriving logs could be utilized
for OSM. I have already an offer from a belgian wardriver, who has
logged about 205000 networks in Belgium and the Netherlands over the
past 3 years, to submit his Netstumbler data, if a converter is made.
I'm certain that other wardrivers wouldn't mind submitting their data as
well.

P.S. It was me who submitted data for Malmø, as noted on your wiki
diary. (trace : http://www.openstreetmap.org/traces/user/Dutch/4390 )
Went over the bridge to Malmø for dinner and a walk, and ofcourse
brought the wardriving rig. But since I don't know Malmø that well, and
don't have any sources I can use to refer to while editing, I didn't
edit the swedish part of the trace for that trip.
