No the digest mail header is generated by OSM. No one understood what
you meant because, no one here uses digest mode, that's because IMO
it's not very useful if you know how folders work.


If you want to know if this works to customize the header for digest
mails then you can search for "mailman customize header digest", where
mailman is the software, and digest is the type of mail you are
getting  from OSM.

1. I don't see any good reason to put that link in the header of the
digest mails. Rather in the footer of every other mail.

2. Further the forums should be linked to forum.openstreetmap.org, not
levertons.net/osm.
