[OSM-talk] OSM Foundation voting

Ok, rather than everyone talking about it and not resolving anything, I 
(Someone who can be arsed to do it) will set a date for all nominations 
to be received and the vote.

All nominations are to be received/wiki'd by 8PM BST on the 29th of 
June. Voting will then commence for a period of 7 days until 8PM BST on 
the 6th of July.
This will be done by Condorcet voting (as used by Debian, Blitzed IRC 
and Denmark iirc...) to the address of osmvote at earlsoft.co.uk.
I am not being nominated and so be unbiased. I can however have the 
emails copied elsewhere as well if anyone wants to make sure.
