[OSM-talk] More wiki links on the OSM front page?

As a way of explaining the OSM project to newcomers, would it be useful to add 
more of a toolbar to the http://www.openstreetmap.org/ page?

e.g. instead of just one "help and wiki" link,
* "Introduction" to [[Portal:Users]] or [[About]]
* "Discussion" to http://forum.openstreetmap.org
* "Download existing maps" to [[Category:Rendered OSM data]]
* "Press" to [[Portal:Press]]
* "Get involved" to [[Current events]] or [[OpenStreetMap:Community Portal]]
* "Bugs" to trak (or a wiki page saying how to get a username for trak) 
* "Contact" to [[Contact]]

...that sort of thing?
