[OSM-talk] Mountain names - an interesting copyright issue

Been up to Scotland at the weekend and climbed a few mountains. This raises an 
interesting copyright question, namely their names. Two of them (Ben Nevis, 
fairly obviously and Ben More) I knew already. However the others are less 
well known and I first learnt their name off a Harvey's map.

Internet searches have revealed the names (Stob Dearg, Bidean nam Bian, Carn 
Mor Dearg) are indeed the real names. Can I thus put them into OSM without 
risking copyright issues?
