This is osmeditor2 (osmarender is Etienne's SVG renderer, written in
XSLT). One of my plans over the summer (of several, so as always time
permitting) is to convert osmeditor2 from Qt3 to Qt4, primarily so that I
can achieve Windows compatibility. If you are interested in collaborating
on this let me know.
