DNS may take some hours to update but if you set this up in your hosts
file (can someone post instructions for windows users?)

128.40.58.202 www.openstreetmap.org
128.40.58.204 tile.openstreetmap.org

then you'll be able to see the new servers. GPX drawing , streets,
landsat, API, applet etc all appear to be working.

GPX uploading and the munin load graphs will be next to go live.
