[OSM-talk] New list - legal-talk

I'm pleased to say that there's now a list for discussion of legal  
issues - including licensing, copyright etc. etc.

It's called legal-talk at openstreetmap.org and you can subscribe to it  
in the same way as the other lists. Info here:

Licensing/copyright issues should ideally now go to legal-talk rather  
than talk.
