How do you want it to work? Just record the NMEA data to the disk, and
then provide an upload for it, or... ?

I've got a variety of GPS software for series 60, but nothing that's
built specifically for OSM: Most of it is designed for tracking CellIDs
for upload to a database.

Let me know what you're looking for, and I'll build it and release it.
