[OSM-talk] Way/segment naming and other things

Sorry, over-zealous editing, the bit on blanking segment names when 
creating a way should read....

It's up to you. On the one hand leaving in segment names would be 
replication of data, on the other hand some renderers do not deal with 
ways at the moment (e.g. the new renderer at nick.dev.openstreetmap.org) 
and will not will be able to understand the names on ways.
