[OSM-talk] Norton, the village in the sea?

Similarly, just NNE of Yarmouth pier there is a node for a Village named 
Yarmouth.

I think it likely that for the purposes of producing a map, using say 
osmarenderer, someone has decided that the sea just north of each relevant 
village is a nice clear area in whcih to have a name written.
