I read "make radical changes without asking!", we all interpret
differently.. ;-)

So I don't think there is an issue, throw something together and show
us what you mean.   I've tried my self to clean up the wiki main page,
but some how I think it got more complicated.

http://pgdp.net [1] doesn't do the best job with communication, but
the manage to get alot non technocrats to participate..  PGDP has
built some good introductionary  PDF[2], take a look for inspiration
on what info you need to have.
