[OSM-talk] No-through-roads and roadsigns that lie

Just been doing a bit of surveying in North London, and making notes on 
things like "No through road" signs. It appears to me that many of them 
are complete lies, that are put there merely to dissuade through traffic.

My definition of a "No through road" would be a street that only leads 
to itself, or other streets by which there is no other way out other 
than coming back the way you came.

If I get some time, I'll write a little algorithm to identify junctions 
which really should have "no through road" signs.
