Unrelated to your original question, but I've started to write down some of 
the ways that we recorded mapping data on the isle of wight.

If anyone has other ideas to share that might be useful to people at 
Manchester (or generally anything learned from the IoW) then we could put it 
there on the wiki.

We could also store any tricks and tips (e.g. the need to synchronise your 
camera with the GPS time) as part of an information sheet for events.
