Given that most peoples' editors don't show the direction of segments,
wouldn't it be easier to say "oneway=N", to indicate that you can go north
along the road? It's more human-readable, and can be edited without having to
rearrange segments, and can be extended to complex things (e.g. "oneway=N,
bus:oneway=S")
