Your traces look fine to me.

There is no universal convention for tagging of traces.  I use part of
the postcode and a town name, others use different conventions.  Some
people add the country name.

You seem to have devised a convention for your traces - I assume
ITALY-TO means Turino?  Why not document this on the Italian
Wikiproject page
(http://wiki.openstreetmap.org/index.php/WikiProject_Italy).  If it
works well then others will follow suit.
