Well in a way, I use the tags on OSM to tag my tracks like this "Bike,
Stockholm", I usualy  bike over more than one type of road so a
Highway tag os something simmilar wouldn't work for me.

These tags can not be used when editing, and at OSM you can't tag others tracks.

So yeah the features you describe would be very appriciated.
