[OSM-talk] Free downloadable GB maps from Ordnance Survey

Certainly not the kind of free that we need.  The maps still carry crown
copyright, putting them in the same category as the "free" data that
researchers can download from the Edina service.  Not for use here I'm
afraid. :-(
