Thanks to http://www.allpointsblog.com/ there is a link to a piece at
silicon.com expanding a little on the OS API suggestion that arose at UK
maship meeting last month. It quotes Ed Parsons heavily - and mentions
Openstreetmap.

I was particularly intrigued by this quote from Ed:
"I could easily see OS making use of open source data or providing open
source data."
