Is there indeed case law on the copyright of *maps* with regard to 
the 70 year rule?  Was there any case where a 70 year old map was 
copied and this was found by a court of law to be a copyright 
violation because the cartographer hadn't yet been dead for 70 
years?  I'd be interested to learn of any such cases in Britain or 
other countries.
