[OSM-talk] Abandoned railways

Currently the abandoned railways tag is under railways.  This means its 
inposible to state if its an abandoned monorail, or an abandoned narrow 
gauge etcetc.

I usaully tag highway=railway railway=abandoned.  But i now realise that 
highway=railway is 1) an outdated tag, and 2) not actually any more 
specific.

There seems only 3 options:

1) "railway=abandoned_[------]"  with railway type in the brackets
2) Have an abandoned key wich anything can go under.  e.g.  
abandoned=narrowgauge
3) (The way that seems a wastful use of a key and unorgansised but ill add 
it anyway)  railway=narrowgauge + abandoned=yes

Personally I prefer idea 2, as this can then work fine for everything 
(abandoned=building or abandoned=unclassified etcetc)

archive, and continuesly refreshing.
