[OSM-talk] Inkscape (osmarender)

The API has introduced this to provide additional information to renderers.
Unfortunately without a small modification it breaks Osmarender.

The fix for Osmarender.xsl is to replace the four occurrences of:
$data/osm/bounds/@
with
$data/osm/bounds/@request_

This should make things work again.
