[OSM-talk] TileCache updated

The Mercator TileCache instance has been updated, and the old cache
blown away. 

  http://labs.metacarta.com/osm/ 

is now using the most recent planet dump.

This data is also as the third layer in:

  http://www.openstreetmap.org/index.html

I probably won't get a chance to do any more hacking on this for at
least a couple days. Note that the interface will be a bit slower than
it has been as the cache regenerates -- we were up to 500MB of cached
tiles before the new planet came out.
