[OSM-talk] Difference Residential and unclassified Highways

I use the residential tag when the road is a dead end with nothing there but 
houses, or another set of houses.  If the road goes threw, so has many 
enterences I tend to tag it unclassifed, although if there is a long set of 
roads between 2 adjecent end roads (terraces), I would make the set in the 
middle residential!...  1 easy way to tell is if you ride down there do 
people look at you strange.  If yes, then its residential, if no then its 
unclassified.

Its another undefined tag, which should be sorted, but at the moment thats 
how I use it.
