Oh this is your point, you don't want to search a butcher in josm. I don't 
think you'll have to do this. YOu simply have to wait a little bit until the 
mapfeature.xml stuff has settled a little bit and other programs like 
GpsDrive, Roadnav, ... get all the osm data imported. And I'm sure there will 
be a search button where you can search for a butcher, traffic-light, 
bubblegum-machine, or Pharmacy. And this is exactly what I want.

YES you get it. (Sorry for the sarcasm, ...)

Well if you want to change the database scheme this is a completely different 
Topic. So if you really want; you should start talking about changing the 
Database Scheme. 

Oh well ... I'll get out of this discussion for now and start hacking again.
