You could only get accused of speeding if you were, in fact, speeding.
As you say you never speed, there's clearly no problem.
I'm not entirely sure why OSM should condone speeders either....
It is illegal, after all.

Are gpx traces loaded anonymously? The reason behind this question
might seem paranoid but government can be right bastards sometimes.
