[OSM-talk] Rutland Mapping Party

I've engineered it so that the Wikipedia UK geography WikiProject has
Rutland as the collaboration of the month for October.  I've also created
one of those little banners that they like so much over there, to promote
our mapping parties.

Don't know how much effect this will have as the UK geography project seemed
a bit dormant, but every little helps.

We should of course reciprocate by collecting and contributing photographs
for each village as we travel the highways and byways of the county.
