I'd agree, it's pretty easy to see the rail lines on landsat so with the
Custom JOSM its very easy to lay on the basic rail routes. I've been
doing them around the west midlands as I come across them but nothing
systematic yet. Would could easily set ourselves the task of doing it
this way in a matter of a few days/weeks.
