My first reaction is that it has too many words on it.  Like 
saying "This is our URL (uniform resource locator) address on the 
World Wide Web on the Internet, which is a global computer 
network, which you can access using standard software from your 
home computer", when it is enough to say "www.openstreetmap.org".

You don't need to say "enquire here" because that is implicit from 
the fact that the banner hangs there.

On the web I use http://susning.nu/img/osm-banner.png which has 
the standard format 468 x 60 pixels.  It contains all you need: 
the URL, a short explanation, and the logo image.  If you print it 
in large format, you don't have to cut into the image.
