[OSM-talk] Street Tagging in JOSM

I tagged either minor, or residential, as I am told from Sven Anders,
though I don't understood, why 'residential' should be not living
peacfully with 'minor' together. Logically, they are not in the same
class. More I would put residential in abuttors AND would classify them,
when appropriate even in left or rightbound from the street.
