[OSM-talk] out of copyright maps

As the person probably with the largest list of maps there, I'm not  
currently at a stage where I'd like my copyrighted scans of  
out-of-copyright maps [1] to be uploaded to Wikimedia. This may change  
in the future but there's a few issues I want to resolve first.

They _are_ however available for use as an OSM base layer,  
implementation permitting.
