[OSM-talk] Osmrender SVG files - dashed lines

I've noticed a slight problem when rendering dashed lines using Osmarender3.

Lets say a way is tagged using a style which should generate a dashed line 
(maybe a railway through a tunnel)

If you open the osm-map-features.xml file in Firefox the dashed lines 
appear.

If however you render the SVG file (using either msxsl or xalan), and then 
open the file in Inkscape,  the dashed line appears solid.

It worked OK in earlier versions of Osmarender, and I cant at the moment 
find the reason for the inconsistency in Osmarender3.
