Except that it's called an autoroute :-)

rue=autoroute, landstrasse=autobahn, highway=freeway?

junction=circle, verzweigung=karussell [apologies to German speakers if this
is thr wrong kind of roundabout], jonction=rondpoint

OK, I'm not being serius here, but the language is rather British english
centric.
