Depends on your point of view. I don't mean building more toll roads, but
applying road pricing for environmental reasons. Of course, there's the
counter argument that tolls on motorways may push drivers onto less suitable
roads.

Anyway, this isn't really the place to discuss the merits or otherwise of
road pricing, I guess.
